Will pressure washing damage my siding?
No. For siding, roofs, and delicate surfaces I use soft wash — low pressure combined with professional cleaning solutions that safely remove algae, mold, and dirt without stripping paint or damaging materials.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No. As long as I have access to an outdoor water spigot and the areas to be cleaned, you can be at work or running errands. I'll text you when I'm done.
How long does it take?
Most services take 1–3 hours depending on the size of the home. Larger homes or full exterior packages may take longer.
What chemicals do you use? Are they safe for plants and pets?
I use professional-grade cleaning solutions designed specifically for exterior surfaces. I rinse landscaping before and after the job to protect plants. Pets should be kept inside during the service as a precaution.
Is your business insured?
Yes — fully insured with $1M/$2M general liability through Coterie/Progressive. Certificate of insurance available on request.
